Is your healthcare facility in need of training for your new hires or current staff? We are able to assist you. We offer facility training for settings such as family care homes, adult care homes, group homes, assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities, and home care agency’s to ensure staff compliance with North Carolina State regulations. Training options include task focused training or workshops for specific job titles. Harmony Health Career Training will send a qualified staff member to your facility if you have the necessary training tools, supplies, and resources. For those instances that equipment and supplies are not readily available staff training will take place at Harmony Health Career Training Institute. PCA/caregiver skills competency, Medication Aide, and CPR training courses is a short list of training needs that employers have contacted us to complete.
